Special Judge Vishal Gogane reserved his judgment after hearing the arguments of the defense counsel and the special counsel of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Senior advocate N Hariharan and advocate Vivek Jain appeared for Satyendra Jain. His lawyers argued that there was no possibility of influencing witnesses.
